But can you tell me how to get to Sesame Street?

That’s Lomurcio. He’s in every town and he knows everything. But can he tell why kids love the taste of Cinnamon Toast Crunch?
But really, what do you guys think of the new line-art? It’s a pretty subtle change, but I’m trying to make the comic look a bit more professional with stronger lines. I went back and read most of the comic today, and am being critical of how I can best improve my art. Unreliable line widths is one of my weaknesses.
there’s swirls of cinnamon sugar on every bite!
And I’m pretty sure sesame street is in NYC, but for the luv, why would you go there? Personaly, I wouldn’t go at gun-point. fukkin’ puppets…
Also, Fir-*BANG!*
Maybe everybody’s asking how to get to Sesame Street so they can make sure to avoid it.
You know, Skarva, there are much more pesky sages out there. Some turn into owls and have the gall to ask you if you want to hear what they said again as if you can’t read… uh… hear. Be glad yours respects the fact that you don’t want to listen to him ramble all night long.
Anyway… I like your art no matter what the lines look like, but I do like the strong lines. You’re pretty good at drawing either way. Your lines are a whole lot smoother that what I can draw. Of course, I draw with an iPad app instead of an actual drawing tablet, so that may have something to do with it.
Oh, I’m only “pretty good”? THANKS
No really, thanks.
I know I’m not a great artist, and my limitations bother me all the time, but I always want to get better. I feel like my art has settled into a comfort zone for a while now, and I want to know what I can do to push myself. Other things include: filling each comic with more color (this is especially relevant for Castle Skärva, where I feel the art tends to lag a bit because the backgrounds are so monotonous) and more creative panel set-ups/perspectives.
Yeah, I try not to be excessive by going on long-winded spiels. I don’t use a million exclamation points and stuff like that. I think you’re very good artist.
Been a weekly follower since the penguin freaked out on Skarva and put him in his place.
Lomurcio looks an awful lot like Blank.
Mahaps I am over analyzing, however considering that the third accepted his role as the villain and took it heart that he should use this gods-placed position as a way to help the deject remnants of society.
I just cannot help but feel like he would have been friends with his ‘nemesis’.
I get the sneaky sneaky suspicion that was Lumurcio.
And that perhaps the curse and blessings of the gods have been passed down from father to son.
Or maybe it could just be that…
I’m not very good at drawing variety in humans
But really, nice theory. I’ve made a pledge not to say anything to support or refute you guys’ guesses, unless it’s something totally ridiculous. Thanks for commenting!
Good old Frozio, I wonder what he’s doing these days…
Well I just spent half an hour typing the longest pot ever. I recited poetry and talked about breakfast and how I should get friends and how I have no life or cheerios and how it applies both ways but not with the cheerios hahahah. Hut then as was typing the captcha ky internet crashed.
GONE.
ALL OF IT.
IT. WAS. SO. BOOTIFULL.
D’X
Been there. I feel your pain. ;_;
And that’s why we Ctrl-C long things on the internet as we’re writing them
(And also why you get an account, so you don’t have to worry about Captcha!)
I was typing on a Kindle Touch, so no CTRL+C/V
And I did, I think. I got the notification Email and logged in and stuff. But it didnt work. Oh well. I would miss Captcha anyways.
You’re definitely signed up, so it should be working. Be sure that you’re signed in before you go to comment, it might sign you out automatically when you don’t expect it.
Your comments often make me laugh as much if not more than the comic, and that’s saying something.
I like how Skaerva has this “I sorta respect you” aura while still sporting his “I don’t have time for this garbage!” face. I also like him bending over to talk more face-to-face. Just amusing to see someone so tall trying to talk so evenly with someone so short.
Yeah, you can tell he respects Lomurcio at least a bit. He wouldn’t be doing that for Mr. Wizard at the Temple of Terror.
Then again he’d practically have to get on his belly for that…
Yay Lomurcio! i love him and his awesome font!
Is Lomurcio the town sage for every town, or what? lol
The art looks great! I can mainly see it in Skarva’s outline. It does look more professional.
Old men: Showing up in the oddest places to provide obscure hints since 1986.
To be honest, I don’t really care about outlines due to my own inept “finished” lineart. As long as things are recognizably consistent, I don’t care.
Hmm. No wonder he’s called the Town Sage. He’s in every town, and thus is /the/ Town Sage.
… great, that’s going to make me paranoid whenever I run into an Old Man in the Zelda games now. “I saw you two dungeons over. I saw you under tree roots and within deep caverns. There’s monsters everywhere and even with the use of a teleporting artifact/flute, there’s still the monsters INSIDE places like this. Are you some ex-hero, hiding out to give me advice? Are you a spy for Ganon? But then you wouldn’t give me advice… WHY ARE YOU HERE?!”
I feel for Lomurcio, having to know everything about EVERY town. Unless the gods gave him the memory of an elephant. I hope we see more of him, I do love those wise characters that sit back and watch everything unfold.
Also, I really like your style in general, but I’m glad you’re trying to improve. It shows that you care.
Y’know, I still need to finish this fan ‘art’ I have sittin’ around. I hope to finish it soon.
He doesn’t have to know Everything at once. I bet he has Idnues first internet in his house hidden away somewhere
What good is the internet if only one person has it?
can he tell me how many licks does it take for lickitung to get to the center of a tootsie pop?
