AbscondWithAPie:
Skärva is putting on his best “Scare Little Children” scowl in that second panel, but deep down inside, he really despises children.
Altermentality:
Being cute will get you far in life. Also lying.
Skärva has now spent more of this comic in a sling than with two working arms. Just in case you hadn’t realized that.
Second panel: FFFFFFFFFFFFFUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU-
He really looks more like a shark in the final panel than I’ve ever seen him! Derk looks more insane than I’ve ever seen him… poor guy must have gone stark mad from the hunger…
derk: what’re we gonna do?
skarva: we will take the girl, she might have some special rare item (and she did come from “idenau” where)
Oh, she has more than that. You’ll see. :3
above the above:thats cold
above:that…actuallly scared me chilled me to the bones, and Im biologically incapabill of feeling cold, all my heat receptorsare broken
i’m pretty sure this is the first time in the actual comic where he is referred to as a “shark”. if you red it without looking at the comments or “about” page, you would have no idea about the curse or anything, and just now see that he is some sort of shark-man. just saying…
Well, that’s why people should read the cast page!
Nah but really, he does explain to Lorelei that there’s a curse in about 10 pages or so. If it was up to me, he would have just dropped the entire story of The First and why the curse exists right there, and the Second would be spilling his sad backstory in the comic where we are right now, but Victor is a more subtle storyteller, a show-don’t-tell type of person. Which is the right way to tell stories, I know. But it makes me impatient, heheh.
They’re not ashamed of associating with a little girl, they know little girls are evil enough to make demands after its too late to say no
