I have three games I consider my all-time faves, but only one is represented here because I couldn’t think of items from the other two that it would make sense for Blank to have in his house. They are called “Hero Tokens” but I don’t think Blank would have a giant coin with DK in the middle.

I think Blank would still be just fine even without those bottles. He’s always doing so well…
The doors In panel 5 and 7 don’t look right perspective wise. With the camera looking straight at them, you shouldn’t be able to see the tops of the doors.
Fair enough. There’s a lot of things I want to tweak in this story art-wise before we finalize it, so I’ll keep that in mind!
Bottles truly are the most powerful item in any universe related to the Legend of Zelda and Blank knows this. I have to wonder – Does Blank know that empty bottles are capable of deflecting magic in those pesky magic ball tennis matches with the vilian? Because seeing Skarva’s face if that happens would be gold.
At this point he would be surprised. By the time we’re at in the main comic story, I don’t think anything Blank can do would surprise him anymore

Now that the page has been coloured, I’m glad to see the wall showing through the eyes of what I now take to be masks, not heads. ^^;
At least… I hope that those are masks, and that Blank hasn’t been collecting faces… o_o
I am curious: the object on top of the shelves, is that a cricket bat, a baseball bat, or something else? Given that I gather that all the items in the room are references to one thing or another, what does it reference?
The bat is one of Ness’s bats from Earthbound. My guess is that it could be the Home Run Bat.
The REAL question is how Blank wears any mask with that nose of his…

Aah, thank you both! I’ll confess that I haven’t played Earthbound. ^^;
I presume that Blank simply squishes his nose to one side or the other when wearing a mask. It’s uncomfortable, but he can simply channel the discomfort into his next combat encounter.
I guess, considering what we can assume the masks do, once he gets it firmly on his face it won’t really be a problem. But I do wonder if he would squish it to one side, or straight downward Squidward-style.
Or maybe he just sticks his nose through one of the eye-holes and calls it good enough.

cooper cane, major masks of transformation, keyblade, kirby’s star rod, magic ocarina, magatama, paired elemental rods (a la twinrova or something), hookshot, pure heart, crystal star (both must be paper mache), bombs, bottles, bat, shield and hammer, though I can’t see any more specific references with the bat and hammer.

The rods aren’t really a reference, I just put them there since they were shown earlier in the story as something the blacksmith’s factory makes replicas of.
The bat is Ness’s most famous weapon from Earthbound, and the hammer is the type used by Hammer Bros. That was a request from Victor. I do love my Mario enemies!

– Botles are an obvious Zelda reference, probably A link to the past.
If you don’t recognize the non-hookshot things on the second shelf, might I recommend the Paper Mario series!! (…the first three.) The art style and the way the games follow the adventures and interactions of the villains and kidnapped princess inspired this comic a lot.
I can’t believe no one has mentioned this yet…

Link has 19 Video Game Hero coins, so I don’t see why Blank couldn’t have at least one. Let’s see, the items I recognize here are: (possibly transformation) masks (OoT/MM), Keyblade (Kingdom Hearts), the Star rod (Kirby’s Adventure), ocarina (love that green color) , the equivalent of a Hylian Shield, 4 bottles, a hookshot, a piece of heart, and 3 bombs (all referencing The Legend of Zelda). Are all of those right? I’m assuming the other items there are important too, but except for the bat (earlier in the comic), I don’t recognize them.
Now I feel stupid, how did I not see that the bat was referencing Earthbound? That’s one of my favorite RPGs! That hammer is also probably from a Hammer Bro. Does Blank get a cool black shell if he picks it up?
