Woot Skaerva! And he WAS suffering from sleep deprivation, the poor man. What kind of final boss is that going to make him?
I’m loving that princess more and more with every panel she’s in. And if she doesn’t end up the real villain (which I’m not putting money on honestly), then I’m blaming panel four for me now shipping those two.
It’s ok, he should be able to squeeze in a nap before Blank busts down the door this time. It’s side-quest season, so his adventure should take longer. There’s a really good shield out on the market right now, but the guy who makes them only accepts a certain gemstone as payment, and the people who guard the mine where they’re found will only let you enter if you give them a certain potion, and the witch who makes those needs a certain mushroom, and the mushroom only grows if you play a song in a certain spot on a flute you get from a…

Oh gosh, Blank is after this game’s equivalent to the Biggoron Sword…poor man. Eh, he’s probably got that whole route memorized by now, actually. Still though, if you do make that canon, that’s gotta be SOME shield. What, mirror maybe?
Derk/Bacon win! I first heard the term “Single Awareness Day” at college, and know I find this to be the funniest holiday ever. I’ll celebrate it. And its OK Skaerva; you’ve got all kinds of fans here in the comments section! Heck, I like even like sharks. Not enough to be more than friends though; sorry but the teeth are a little hard to get past. XD
Poor Blank! Guess even those favored by the gods themselves can’t have it all. *snicker*
I’m beginning to see the appeal of writing this comic. Teasing these guys can be loads of fun.

Hey have not posted in a long time. Just got back from States swim meet, it lasted 3 days. Yeah well did really well team got 3rd and on all my events i got in the top 16 which is hard. Oh and what is with Skärva’s eye they look weird with those red out lines and that twist of the take our child to work day was soo funny.

Did you have fun? I remember going to state competitions and spending a few nights in hotels with all my teammates… those were good times. Of course I only went to those for academic and theatre stuff because I was a wimpy nerd. ^_^

O_o Just the other day I thought it would be hilarious and adorable if minions brought their kids with them for some activity at Castle Skaerva at the same time the princess was over. It seemed like the kind of cute annoyance that would happen to Skaerva…then I read this. You…you’re like the Santa of cartoonists, and all year too! I got my wish! I LOVE YOU GUYS.
Oh yeah I’m on the Skaerva/Princess bandwagon too. Add that to the Ecta/Floyd one I’m on as well. Wow you have such vibrant characters, it’s hard to resist the what-ifs.
Lol I spent much of time with the minions missing Skaerva, and now I miss the minions. There’s just too much fun in this comic!

Why are the minions so cute; I would cry if I had to play this game and beat those poor guys up. D: How could you, Blank!

I have that problem with game enemies a lot, overtly cute or no. As you may have guessed, I find them interesting – ever since I was a very tiny girl with a Super Nintendo, when in some of my earliest games I took an immediate liking to the villains, mighty bosses and lowly baddies alike.
Also, Yoshi’s Island is the worst. Nothing in that game is not adorable.
I had that problem with infant Metroids in Metroid Prime 2. In a game full of vicious looking creatures that are all trying to kill you, I found this http://images.wikia.com/metroid/images/f/f7/ITMetroid1.png
This small floating blob of jelly was no bigger than a kitten, and I quickly decided that it was the most adorable thing in the game…
Until it dived into a pool of Phazon (toxic material) and transformed into it’s full form, which liked to screech, charge at you, latch on, and suck the life out of you. Then it wasn’t so cute.
It looks like the princess is about as excited about bring your child to work day as Skarva… then again, she’s not exactly having a good day to begin with…
