Hey Fourth fans,
A new iOS app recently debuted called Comic Chameleon. Basically, it’s a single, polished iPhone app that collects various webcomics and displays them for you. AND THE FOURTH WOULD LIKE TO BE ONE OF THOSE COMICS.
Basically, go to this url:
http://www.comicchameleon.com/request
and submit a request to see The Fourth in their comic lineup! I’ve already submitted the comic as a creator, but they require fan requests as well to get the comic published. Be sure to request the comic by its title!
Also, they are working on an Android version of the app, so even if you don’t have an iPhone, go ahead and request The Fourth now so that you can see it later! (Even if you don’t have a smart phone, consider requesting us!)
Comment here if you want, after you’ve submitted your request.
Thanks!
Well, I wouldn’t normally touch Twitter with a ten foot pole…buuuuuuuut I guess I could make a Twitter account.
Aaaaaaand done. Good luck, guys!
Aww, you made one just for us! Thank you so much!
I’ve started to use Twitter more often recently. It’s good to follow organizations, businesses, and restaurants you like to see what they’re doing. I’ve come across some really good articles by following magazines/websites. As for following individuals, I follow a few friends and various other artists, but I’ve really learned to separate the wheat from the chaff. If people are annoying me I just… stop following them. I like more “professional” feeds much more than “Man I woke up at 2 pm today #livinthedream”
I don’t know why I ever made a twitter account, at least my (now gone) facebook one made sense for the sake of following games, but I never use twitter at all. I did bring up my account for this thing though, I hope you get on the APP guys!
Thank you!!
Well I hate smart phones like the plague, but this will definitely put my twitter account to good use.
It’s all in how you use them. The GPS on mine has been a lifesaver since I have a terrible sense of direction on my own. And I’m *still* trying to remind myself that I have a pretty good camera with me at all times, so that I can make a photo-journal of sorts, of the little things that inspire me or that I find remarkable- like big mushrooms that weren’t there yesterday, or birds, or old buildings… whatever I see.
Still, it’s good to not be one of those people who whips them out whenever their brain starts to experience the tiniest modicum of boredom. I need to work on that more, myself. D: I once read that boredom was an evolutionary advantage and is what has driven humans to create tools and art and solve problems above and beyond what is strictly needed for survival. So we just need to learn to be masters of our phones, rather than vice versa!
Thank you!!
I perfer a map, chart, a good watch, and a sextant. Geocaching the AWESOME way. It is also nice to have a decent sense of direction and a great memory. For a camera… Meh, I could just sketch it. Even though I can’t draw worth a crap. I should practice more. Or tell storys, tales, myths even! I could tell people of this giant mushroom that grew in the footstep of Demeter. Wouldn’t that be more fun?
oh hey so my G+ actually has some use after all…
Requested!~ Hope you guys get in.
Did it! I keep a twitter just for such reasons as this!
Shoved the twitter-space thing into the inter-web-o-sphere.
There. G+ed. I’ll have to find out what this comic chameleon thing I just said I liked was now…
Lol, I was reading manga the other day, so when I went to read this, I was reading it backwards. Took me a while to realize why it didn’t make sense.
If you read the whole comic backward, it’s about a sharkman and a little girl who magically injures him, so he abandons her in the snow.
-.- hilarious.
